How to add vectors?

To add vectors:
1. Set positive axes : Set North and East as positive
2. Draw a table and calculate the x and y components of the vectors by using sin and cos rules. Beware of the signs!!
3. Calculate the x and y component of the resultant.
4. By using Pythagoras's theorem, find the magnitude of the vector and finds its angle.
5. Remember to add unit and beware of sig. figs. Angles are measured from either North or South towards East or West.
